PAG(Polyalkylene Glycols)For High Temperature chain Oil
Specialy designed polyethers are used as polyether base oils for high-temperature chain oils, They are widely used in the lubrication of chain drive systems in high-temperature ovens, textiles, printing and dyeing, heat setting machines, and food-grade equipment. They are also suitable for automobile paint line chains and the building materials industry. chain drive systems of equipment such as high-temperature drying rooms, etc.
This kind of PAG have following characteristics:
(1) Excellent high and low temperature performance, the machine is easy to start at low temperatures and can be used for a longtime under conditions not exceeding 220℃
(2)High flash point, low volatility, very low tendency of carbon deposition and coking under long-term use at high temperatures，and can keep the equipment clean for a long time. (3)Excellent lubrication performance, excellent lubricity under high temperature and heavy load conditions.
(4)Very good detergency, can clean chains contaminated by other poor chain lubricants.
(5)Non-toxic,odorless, harmless to human body and environment.
